I’m super friendly and do what ever I can to make your wedding stress free. You can use this site like a shopping cart – just add the products you want to hire to your cart to create a wish list! All prices are gst inclusive, Deliver charges may apply. You can submit your wish list to us and we’ll get back to you with a booking form.

Terms and Conditions
By paying for and hiring from Wanaka Dreams Wedding Hire, you agree to our Terms & Conditions of hire below.
All our items are priced on our website Prices include GST.
All hire items remain the property of Wanaka Dreams Wedding Hire
Hire Period – The standard hire period for items is 1-2 days, You are responsible for the goods during the period of hire. Our hire period includes ‘from pick up/delivery to collection/return’.
Delivery & Collection – Delivery & collection costs will vary. Picking-up your own items incurs no charge. Pick up point is 12 minutes from Wanaka and 25 minutes from Cromwell. There is a delivery charge if required based on the amount of items and delivery point. Un-arranged collection of hire items due to non return or you being unable to return will result in a travel charge
Deposit – We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, for bookings over $100 with the balance paid 14 working days (two weeks) before your event. Bookings under $100 require full payment at time of booking.
Payment can be made by bank deposit, Visa, or Cash,
Bond – I don’t ask for a bond BUT…You are responsible for all items while they are in your possession Any items left at unattended premises remain your responsibility. Any damages will be invoiced to you, If there is damage or loss, the hirer will pay to replace hire items All items requiring replacement will also include payment of any postage costs required. Lost or damaged items are invoiced at the cost to replace.
Cancellation Policy – Please advise us of all cancellations as soon as you possibly The following cancellation charges may apply:60 or more days: no charge – any payments will be refunded. 40 days or less: No refund will be made.
